Many of us are familiar with Ammachi (Mata Amritanandamayi), the "hugging saint", from her visits to the U.S. each year. You may not be aware of her humanitarian efforts. Please take a look at the link below for info on what her organization has been doing to help victims of the tsunami throughout India. My heart goes out to all the victims of this tragedy, and I am sure all of us are sending prayers their way.
